Cancellation and Refunds

Before payment

A business may abandon an unpaid draft project without charge.

After payment

Cancellation and refund requests must be sent to info@digitalarmy.net with the business profile ID, project ID, payment reference, and reason. Requests are reviewed against project approval, influencer commitments, work already performed, payment-provider charges, and applicable law.

Approved or active campaigns

Once a project is approved, published, assigned, or work has begun, amounts committed to influencer work and services already supplied may be non-refundable. Any approved refund is returned to the original payment method where supported and may take the payment provider's normal processing time.

Failed or duplicate payments

Failed payments are not treated as received. Verified duplicate charges or amounts collected for a project that Digital Army cannot provide will be investigated and, where confirmed, refunded through the original payment channel.
