Disconnect a social profile

Sign in, open the user menu, choose Connected Social Profiles and select Disconnect for the relevant platform. This removes the stored authorisation token and clears synchronised audience data for that connection.

Request account deletion

Use the Contact Us form from the email address registered on your Digital Army account. Include your User ID and specify whether you want a social connection or the complete account deleted. We will verify the request and delete or anonymise eligible data, subject to records retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, billing, payment and dispute purposes.

Revoke platform access

You may also revoke Digital Army directly from the connected social platform’s security or application settings. Revoking there stops future API access; contacting us allows us to remove the related authorisation stored by Digital Army.
