DIGITAL ARMY · MARKITOME PRIVATE LIMITED
Privacy Policy
Effective 4 August 2026
1. Who operates Digital Army
Markitome Private Limited operates Digital Army and determines how personal data is processed for the platform. This policy explains the information we collect, why we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to you.
2. Information we collect
- Identity and contact information, including name, email address, telephone number and User ID.
- Business and billing information, including business name, brand name, address, GST details and campaign payment records.
- Influencer payout information, including account-holder name, encrypted bank account number, account-number suffix and IFSC code.
- Authorised social-profile information, including profile URL, handle, platform identifier, access token and verified follower or subscriber count.
- Campaigns, applications, uploaded media, screenshots, published-post URLs, review notes, reports and payout status.
- Contact-form messages, security records, session cookies and technical information reasonably needed to operate and protect the service.
3. How we use information
We use personal data to create and secure accounts, verify profile completion, synchronise authorised audience counts, match influencers to pricing tiers, administer campaigns, process business payments and influencer payouts, review proof, prepare reports, respond to enquiries, prevent fraud, enforce our terms and comply with legal obligations.
4. Consent and choices
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent by disconnecting a social profile or contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out and may prevent the related feature from functioning. Some records must be retained for payment, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute or legal purposes.
5. Sharing and processors
We share information only as reasonably required with participating businesses and influencers, hosting and infrastructure providers, official social-platform APIs, Razorpay and other payment or banking providers, professional advisers, and public authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
6. Payment information
Razorpay processes business payment information under its own privacy practices. Digital Army receives transaction identifiers, payment status, amount and related records needed to reconcile a project. We do not intentionally store full card, UPI PIN or internet-banking credentials.
7. Security and retention
Bank account numbers and supported social access tokens are encrypted at rest, and access is limited by account role. No system is completely secure. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and for applicable legal, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, updating or deletion of eligible personal data, withdraw consent, disconnect social authorisations, or raise a grievance. We may verify your identity before acting. See User Data Deletion or use the Contact Us page.
9. Children
Digital Army is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. Do not create an account or provide personal data if you are under 18.
10. Updates
We may revise this policy as the platform, service providers or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
